Do you have items you would like to donate or bless someone else with now or before May? Even after seller registration is at capacity, if you would like to donate your items to our free area or the gleaning room, you may drop educational donation items off on Thursday, 5/16 from 2-7pm. Please make sure all items are in like new or gently used condition.
Decluttering throughout the year and need your donated items gone earlier? Please contact us to arrange a time to meetup!

Remaining seller numbers will be reserved for the additional volunteers needed to handle the volume of items coming into the sale. We especially need volunteers and youth for the Thursday afternoon/evening shift. New 3-digit seller numbers are assigned each year (NOTE: pre-2024 seller numbers are no longer valid). Volunteer registration is located under "MORE" on the page menu. Sellers receive 85% of sales, 15% is retained to cover book sale expenses and ministry opportunities.

Seller Information -please be patient and do not register twice, allow up to 1 week for processing.
Once registration has reached 250, exceptions are made for volunteers, who are guaranteed to receive a seller number. * There are no upfront registration fees; sellers receive 85% of their sales. * After your seller registration is processed, you will receive an email WITHIN 1 WEEK with Seller Instructions and a template with your Seller # so you can print your own labels. (PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER MORE THAN ONCE.) Thank you for your patience; we are volunteers and this is a ministry. * Seller Drop-off: Thursday 2:00pm - 7:00pm (All sellers except Friday volunteers) * SELLER SHOPPING: Friday 4:00-6:00 pm * Seller Pick-up: Saturday 2:30pm - 3:30pm * NOTE: All unsold items not picked up by 3:30pm will be donated to the Gleaning Room. In order to hold the CFHE Sale, we need over 130 adult volunteers plus responsible youth volunteers 13+ whose parent is also volunteering. VOLUNTEERS ARE GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE A SELLER NUMBER, EVEN AFTER SELLER REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
